30-Day Comfort Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If Flowform isn't right for you, you may return eligible items for a refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear
Flowform reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include your order number and the email address used to place your order.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for return processing after receipt
- Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearflowform.com.
We'll work quickly to make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
